Under what license is TenderSystem OS released?

The TenderSystem Public License Version 1.1 ("TPL") is based on the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1 (MPL), which we modified to be specific to ValueCard, with an the Additional Terms in Exhibit B.

Exhibit B, says that the Powered by TenderSystem images and ValueCard copyright notices may not be removed. This was inserted so that users know who the original TenderSystem developers are and where they can get help.
