What does the TPL allow me to do?

The TPL is a great license which allows you to do the following with TenderSystem:
1) Run you own procurement portal.
2) Install and offer TenderSystem as a hosted service to other companies.
3) Develop or recommend improvements, add features or submit bug fixes.
4) Distribute the TenderSystem OS source code.
