0.9 Beta Released

| TenderSystem 0.9 Beta was released today, which features many usability and stability improvements.
We have also as the saying goes started eating our own dog food as we have implemented the system commercially.
We look forward to your feedback, recommendation and bug fixes. There is a full change log attched in the source code but would want to pint out the following:
