TenderSystem Public License 1.1 ("TPL") is based on the Open Source Initiative approved Mozilla Public License Version 1.1 (MPL), as amended by the Amendments that are set forth below. i. "ValueCard"; “TenderSystem”; and “TPL” are substituted for the terms "Netscape Communications" and "Netscape"; Mozilla; MOZILLAPL and MOZPL and MPL and NPL where those terms appear in the License Title, and Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 13. ii. Section 11, the term "South Africa" is substituted for the term "California" and “United States of America”, “High Court of South Africa” is substituted for “Federal Courts of the Northern District of California” and “Johannesburg” is substituted for “Santa Clara County”. iii. Exhibit B – TenderSystem Public License Additional Terms applicable to the TenderSystem Public License shall apply to the Covered Code under this License. I. TRADEMARK This License does not grant any rights to use the trademarks "TenderSystem" or "TenderSystem" logos even if such marks are included in the Original Code or Modifications. All copies of the Covered Code must display the "Powered by TenderSystem" logo and include the ValueCard copyright notice on every user interface screen and in every outgoing email in the same form and size as they appear in the the original distribution. When users click on the "Powered by TenderSystem" logo, it must direct them to http://www.tendersystem.com. |
